About Us

WHAT WE DO

Our body of work speaks to the close relationships we cultivate with our clients, and our solutions are thoughtful value driven, reflecting our clients’ desires and aspirations.

First, we collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and goals; the context within which we shape our designs.  The space needs process we follow emphasizes dialogue with the building occupants. We ask the employees of the facility to participate in the space needs process by completing a questionnaire that we have tailored to the project.  For existing facilities, we identify issues that are currently not supporting our client’s goals.  Once the surveys and interviews are complete, we analyze the data we’ve gathered and review our findings with the client.

Next, we provide our client a budget opinion for the project that is based on the space needs assessment, our professional experience and the project estimating experience of a certified cost management consultant.

Once design work begins, our team creates a clear direction for the project.  During construction, we work with builders to follow the design direction and produce the construction quality we all require. Finally, we turn the completed project over to the client.

HONORS

While we design buildings with our clients in mind, and while their satisfaction is reward enough, it is encouraging to receive honors and recognition for our work.
