The renovations are designed to respect, retain and restore historic features of this Midcentury Modern building while bringing the building systems and office spaces into the 21st century. New HVAC equipment, combined with a tighter and better insulated building envelope, makes the building more comfortable for occupants, and reduces operating expenses.
